Aera Therapy Policy

• To respect the time of our therapist and other clients, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged 75% of the service.

  • If you do not arrive at your scheduled time or fail to show up, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or require rescheduling, depending on the schedule.

  We appreciate your understanding and support in keeping our schedule running smoothly.

• Payment is required at the time of service. If direct billing is available, any portion not covered by insurance remains the patient’s responsibility and is due at the time of the visit. Patients are responsible for any claims later declined by their insurer.

• A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and will remain securely encrypted and stored through Square’s PCI-compliant system and in accordance with our cancellation policy.​​

• We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Direct billing is available for most extended health providers. Please contact us in advance to confirm eligibility. A detailed receipt will always be provided for your records.
