Aera Therapy Policies

• To respect the time of our therapist and other clients, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service.

  • We offer a 10 minute grace period. If you do not arrive within this timeframe and or fail to show up, arrivals later than that will result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, depending on the schedule.

  We appreciate your understanding and support in keeping our schedule running smoothly.

• Payment is completed at the time of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.​

• A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and will remain securely on file in accordance with our cancellation policy.​​

• We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Direct billing is available for most extended health providers. Please contact us in advance to confirm eligibility. A detailed receipt will always be provided for your records.
