From the moment you arrive, Equilibria Health Centre designed the space to feel quiet, grounded, and welcoming. The atmosphere is intentionally set to help you transition out of the pace of your day and into a space where your body can soften and reset.

Your Treatment Space
Your session takes place in a private treatment room within Equilibria Health Centre, thoughtfully prepared to create a calm and comfortable experience. Dimmed lighting, warm towels, and a subtle diffuser are used to enhance relaxation and support your time in the space.

Visiting Aera Therapy
Please make sure to enter the tall building with “1200” clearly displayed on the exterior. We’re located on the lower level inside Equilibria Health Centre. Take the elevator down to LL1, turn right, and we are the first door you’ll see.
